Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide basic starting materials and supplies for first time or regular role playing, card game, and board game players who may not have the economic means to purchase the necessary materials to begin playing certain games.
Our Goal
Our goal is to eliminate the financial barrier some may experience when wanting to start playing roleplaying, card, or board games. Our hope is that by eliminating this barrier, we can encourage adults and young people to play games that engage their imaginations and encourage social interactions.

About Us
The Curt Isley Gaming Foundation has been created in memory of our son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend Curt Isley. Curt had a big heart, incredible sense of humor, amazing imagination, and a smile that brightened everyone’s day. He was a lover of many movies but especially Jackie Chan movies. Ever since he was young, Curt was into comic books and Dungeons and Dragons. His imagination was so powerful that he was arguably one of the best Dungeon Masters ever. He would research and pre-read each quest in great detail so he knew how the adventure was supposed to go. Curt even had contingences in his mind so no matter how players reacted or what actions they chose, Curt was never thrown for a loop or had to stop play to research. He would make different voices and personalities for all the NPCs he operated in each adventure. For the player, he made it so much fun by being able to adlib, mix in comedy, and encourage even the most introverted player to feel safe to interact with everyone at the table. He was so good at leading a game that he often helped lead games for local game stores which helped them by drawing many people in to play. He became so popular that on the game nights he ran, he had to bring in other friends to help lead the games for multiple tables. One of his favorite times each year was Gencon where he really enjoyed the dealers’ area and leading games all weekend long. His talents and personality made him a highly requested DM at Gencon.
One of the things in life that made Curt light up was newbies (people new to gaming). He loved to get people involved, excited about, and engaged in gaming. He made sure that every game he led was a fun atmosphere that was encouraging and safe to everyone playing. We have had some people comment to us that not only did Curt get them excited and involved, but helped them through personally dark times by giving them a friendly and safe place to use their imaginations and interact with new acquaintances who became friends.
Due to complications from Covid, Curt was taken from us all too soon in September of 2020. As his family, we wanted to figure out away to remember him, honor him, and carry on his legacy. That is why we created the Curt Isley Gaming Foundation in January of 2022.
